Lindsay Park Baptist Church was started in 1957 as an offshoot from Kingsbury Baptist Church, two miles away.
We are a well-established evangelical church committed to the preaching of God’s Word and we are blessed to have a well-mixed and caring fellowship. Our Pastor, Roger Martin, leads with his wife Sarah who also heads-up CAP Life Skills.
In our worship we aim for a lively mix of modern and traditional songs. We use multi-media technology to enhance our worship.
We are members of the London Baptists and the Baptist Union of Great Britain.
Our church is prominently situated on a main road, a short walking distance from the centre of Kingsbury. There are good transport links in the locality. Kingsbury tube station is only 5 minutes walk from the church, and is on the Jubilee line which goes straight into Central London. Overground lines are also just a short bus ride/drive away and there are good bus services to other local areas. The M1 and A1 are only 15-20 minutes drive away, and the M25 only about 20 minutes drive away.
We currently have one worship service on a Sunday:
Our Morning Service begins at 10.30am and lasts about an hour. All ages meet together for the first 20 minutes and then the children go off to their sessions. These services are also live-streamed via YouTube & Facebook. (please go to the Links page to access these)
Mid-week meetings:
Pastoral Community Groups (PCG) – We have groups that meet Tuesday evenings, fortnightly (in person and online), to support and equip people to apply their faith in daily life.
Prayer – Our weekly prayer group meeting at 10:30am on Wednesdays mornings in the room 5 at the church.
CAP Life Skills - Our next course starts on Wednesday 26th April 2023
Community Kitchen - every Wednesday 1-3pm. We provide a light lunch, and a 'blessings parcel' of food. If you find yourself unable to afford groceries, please come along.
Counselling is available - Please contact Sue Fisher (DipC, MBACP) 07946 234 677 or sue@lindsaypark.org.uk
